The KIPP UNILOCK zero-point clamping system enables quick and accurate clamping and referencing of fixtures and workpieces on all material cutting machining centres. Be it pallets, vices, fixtures or workpieces, this system enables a changeover in seconds with a defined zero point and a repeat accuracy of less than 0.005 mm.
The KIPP UNILOCK 5-axis modular clamping systems sizes 50, 80, 138 were developed specifically for 5-side machining with no protruding edges. Due to the modular design and the multitude of options, the systems can be individually assembled and newly combined for any application. A large variety of clamping pins enable these workpiece direct clamping systems to be optimally adapted to any workpiece.
