The ESD (electrostatic discharge) product line from KIPP offers special solutions for electrostatically sensitive environments. These products are designed to minimise electrostatic discharges and thus protect sensitive electronic parts, components and devices from damage caused by electrostatic discharges.
Functionality
Sensitive electronic parts, components and devices can be damaged or destroyed by electrostatic discharges in their environment. ESD operating parts from KIPP are made of special electrically conductive plastic in accordance with DIN EN 61340-5-1, which enables the effective dissipation of electrostatic charges. This minimises the risk of damage caused by electrostatic discharge, both from human contact and from the handling of ESD-sensitive components during production, assembly or transport.
